In her role at Princeton, Rich was part of the senior leadership team and had supervision of 12 programs while also engaging in legal matters related to the department and providing oversight in all areas of the student-athlete experience. Rich has served her alma mater as Senior Associate Director of Athletics/Senior Women's Administrator since 2013, and has been an athletics administrator since 1995. We will miss her dearly, but Allison will always be a Tiger." While this is a big loss for Princeton, I am thrilled for Allison to have this well deserved opportunity.
